We are pleased to present our Standards and Quality Reports and School Improvement Plans. These forms part of our quality improvement framework and provides important information regarding our school’s progress to date and our next steps in school improvement.
Throughout the year, we continually evaluate our practice and the impact it has on our learners. Our aim is to understand what is working well across our school community and to identify areas where further improvement is needed. This reflective process supports informed decision-making and helps us to look inwards, outwards and forwards as we plan positive change.
Our learners are actively consulted and involved throughout the process. Staff, parents, carers and partners are invited to contribute through discussions and activities that help shape our improvement journey. At key points during the year, we use evidence and reflective questions to evaluate progress and identify opportunities for further development.
